		<description><![CDATA[The plan was to fame the day using the Visitors and Residents metaphor so that we had a platform to talk about the kinds of ideas Dave and Lindsay forwarded. In the end the metaphor took over a bit. It would seem that metaphors are very attractive... It&#039;s easier (more fun?) to talk about/deconstruct a metaphor than it is to use it as a tool to discuss practice. 

My hope is that we can continue the *actual* discussion and make examples of practice at the Resident end of the continuum as visible as possible. As I said on the day I think it&#039;s an important area and something we haven&#039;t got to grips with yet.]]></description>
